This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.04.2017 passed on IA.no.5 in O.S.No.9403/2014 by the Court of XXXI Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, vide Annexure-A.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.9403/2014 has been dismissed on 05.02.2025 and as against the said judgment and decree, the plaintiff has filed RFA.No.1355/2025 before this Court which is said to be pending.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition challenging the order passed on IA.no.5 in O.S.No.9403/2014 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
