The petitioner filed a memo for withdrawal. It is stated that primary relief that is being sought by the petitioner is seeking implementation of the observations made in paragraph No.12 of the order passed by respondent No.1 dated 25.04.2022. To pursue the said prayer effectively, it is necessary that the management of the college could be arrayed as one of the respondents and that necessary prayers be sought against them, in addition to the prayers sought in the present writ petition.

of the college, it is necessary that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition arraying the management as respondent and seek necessary prayers available in law against them.
