Petitioner filed this petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to consider the set of representations vide Annexures-A, A1 and A2, wherein the petitioner has requested respondents No.1 to 4 not to release the service/death benefits in favour of respondents

No.5 to 7. The respondents have not passed any order on these representations.
