The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

" i . Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to the third respondent to obey and respect the government order in CO/34/CLM 2024 dated 05.06.2024 vide Annexure-C and act in accordance with the same and further not to take any major decisions in setting up new branches till the election and formation of new managing committee.

ii. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and also order for costs of this proceedings.,"
