CONCILIATION ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to respondent-authorities to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 20.11.2024, 28.11.2024 and 09.12.2024 as per Annexures ‘G’, ‘H’ and ‘K’ to effect khata transfer in favour of the petitioners.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that based on the Will dated 13.02.2015 executed by Sri Patel Veerappa, in favour of the petitioners, who are his grandchildren, the respondent-authorities will consider the prayer in respect of khata transfer, in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Sri K.V.Bhaskar Raju Vs . State of Karnataka and Others in W.P.No.14813/2025 dated 23.08.2025, in the matter of consideration of Will, while issuing notice to all concerned and calling for objections.
