In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for following relief/s:

“a) Direct Respondents No.2 and 3, i.e., the Deputy Director of Public Instructions Chamarajnagar District and the Block Education Officer of Gundlupet Block, to initiate appropriate departmental and regulatory action against Respondent No.4 for violation of rules concerning service conditions and illegal termination of Petitioners;

b) Direct Respondents No.2 and 3 to initiate appropriate departmental enquiry regarding the pending salary dues of the Petitioners for the month of March & April 2025 and ensure payment of full service benefits in accordance with law.

c) Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to reinstate the petitioners to the post of Teacher at 4th Respondent School by considering the representations dated 15-4-2025 appended at Annexure- J, J1, J2 And Annexure K, K1, K2 in accordance with law.

d) Award compensation to the Petitioners against Respondent No.4 for the mental agony, harassment,
