The petitioner is before this court calling in question an order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Commercial Execution Petition No.202/2023. The order only directs the parties to file a fresh memo of calculation after rejecting the memo of calculation that is presented.

The order does not prejudice anybody. What is directed is filing of a fresh memo of calculation. In the event, fresh memo of calculation is filed, the petitioner would be at liberty to urge all the contentions that are now sought to be urged before this court.
