M/s Svasti Software No.3 sought directions that its seniority be reckoned from the date of the Committee's order and that payment be considered for allotment of plots in the Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, similar to the 128th SLSWCC meeting decision (Annexure-C dated 02.02.2022). In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a

direction to the respondents to take into account the petitioner’s seniority from the date of the Committee’s order, and for consideration of payment with regard to the allotment of plots in the Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Bengaluru.

It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner has approached the respondent No.2, seeking approval of the project and in this regard, the respondent No.2 has passed order dated 10.12.2019 as per

Having taken note of the submission made by the parties, though the respondent No.2 has approved the project of the petitioner as per Annexure-A, however, the respondent-the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (for short, KIADB) is required to allot / disposed of

In that view of the matter, though respondent -

Government has approved the project of the petitioner, however, petitioner has to approach respondent-KIADB, seeking allotment of land, if so desired. The petitioner has to approach the respondent-KIADB, by making an application along with relevant documents and if such an application is made by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and same shall be considered by the respondent-KIADB in accordance with law, within three months thereafter. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of .
