Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 24.3.2021, passed in RA/CR-38/2017-18 passed by Deputy Commissioner Ballari the copy of which has been produced herewith and marked as AnnexureA and also the order dated 27.4.2017, passed by Assistant Commissioner Harapanahalli in RA /CR/141/2016-17, the copy of which is produced herewith and marked as Annexure-B;.

b. Any other writ or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner by allowing this writ petitioner with the cost throughout in the ends of justice and equity.
