The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the caste certificate of this petitioner issued by respondent no. 1 dated 09-01-2024 vide Annexure-C.

b. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to consideration the representation vide Annexure - D.

c. Pass such other Writ, order or direction as deemed fit to this Hon'ble Court to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

That the Petitioner has filed this petition challenging legality and validity of the caste certificate issued by Respondent No 1 dated: 09-01-2024 vide ANNEXURE-C as well as nonconsideration of representation submitted to Respondents 2 and 3 vide ANNEXURE - D. In view of alternative remedy, the prayer sought in this petition doesn't survive for consideration.

Hence this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose off this petition as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Hence, this memo.”
