A. Issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2016 produced as Annexure-C, in accordance with the law laid down in writ Appeal No.1381/2009 disposed of on 07.09.2009 by this hon'ble court produced as Annexure-D.

B. Pass any other orders as this Hon’ble court deems fit.

Learned AGA has complete instructions in the matter. He would submit that pursuant to the consideration of the representation, the representation had been rejected. The rejection of which was challenged before this Court in a separate writ petition. The said writ petition is allowed and the petitioner is now continuing the distribution of kerosene.
