The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quash endorsement dated 18.01.2025 in Kraka VI/KU.S/V.M/2024-25/2462, issued by R2 vide Annexure-G with respect to the petitioner, in the interest of justice and equity.

b. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Similar matter has been decided by this Court on 05.08.2025 in W.P.No.103653/2025

equally applicable to the present matter. Hence, the following:

ORDER

¶38

i) The Writ Petition is allowed . ii) A certiorari is issued, endorsement dated 18.01.2025 at Annexure-G issued by Respondent No.2 is quashed.

¶39

iii) A mandamus is issued directing Respondent No.2 to issue eligibility certificate to the Petitioner on the basis of the BCA. degree completed by the Petitioner, for the purpose of admission into 3 years Law Course, within one week from today.

¶40

iv) A certificate shall be issued by the end of day 23.8.2025 so as to enable the Petitioner to apply to a college of his choice. In the event of last date for payment of the admission fee having lapsed, the same is extended for a period of one week thereafter to enable the Petitioner to make payment of the respective fee.
