1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue an Order or Direction or Writ in the Nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned order dated. 31-08-2024 on IA No.1 in M.C.No.26/2023 passed by the Hon’ble Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Haliyal at Haliyal Uttar Kannada. vide Annexure-A.

b) Issue such other suitable writ or order or directions as this Hon’ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity.
