a. Issue writ of certiorari, by quashing impugned auction notice dated. 03/02/2025 issued by respondent no.1, produced at Annexure-C.

b. Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to receive the outstanding loan amount from petitioner and give clearance certificate with respect to aforesaid petition property.

c. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of Justice and Equity.
