The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed

a memo for withdrawal which reads as under:

" The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:

The above Writ Petition has been field challenging the Order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.7851/2014. However, the Government has already approached the Hon'ble High Court with W.P.No.23708/2018 seeking to quash the same, which was dismissed on 04.07.2019. In pursuance to the same, the Karnataka Lokayukta vide Letter No.LOK/LC/KAT37/2014-15 dated 05.06.2025 has instructed the undersigned to Withdraw the instant Writ Petition. Copy of the said Letter is produced herewith.

WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition in the interest of justice and equity."
