The petitioner is before this Court seeking the

following prayer:

A. Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to return the original SSLC marks card and PUC Marks cards and Transfer Certificate to the Petitioner by way of hand delivery as per vide Annexure-D dated 10/7/2024 and Annexure-E date. 7/10/2024. and also directing the respondents to refund the Engineering Fees vide Annexure-C, C-1 and C-2.

B. Issue any order or directions as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the circumstances of the case and for cost in the interest of justice and equity.

The petitioner is at the doors of this Court seeking a direction for handing over original marks cards that were in possession of respondent No.2.

Learned counsel Shri G.K. Hiregoudar would submit that all the documents are handed over and what remained was payment of certain amount for having left the course midstream.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the petition is now rendered infructuous and all the documents being returned to the petitioner in the light of the fee demanded being paid by the respondent - Institution.

In that light, the petition is disposed as having become infructuous. All consequential actions that would flow from the disposal of the petition, the petitioner would become entitled to receive.
