The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing the respondent no.2 to pass an order to consider the representation to make payment of salary arrears for the month of October 2023 dated. 15/11/2023 vide Annexure-C.

ii. Pass such orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the Petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity.

A short grievance of the petitioner is that the

petitioner has not been paid salary from October2023. In this regard, a representation has been made on 15.11.2023 at Annexure-C, which has remained unconsidered.

ii. A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2023 at Annexure-C and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
