The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

A. Issue a writ in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash order dated 30-12-2022 on I.A.No. 3 in Dispute NO. JRD/KSSCFLTD/TR-3180/2017-18 passed by the Joint Registrar Of Co-Operatives (Rules-441), KSSCF LTD., Malleshwaram, Bengaluru vide Annexure-G and in pursuant allow I.A. No. 3, dt. 21-02-2022 in dispute no. JRD/KSSCFLTD/TR3180/2017-18 passed by The Joint Registrar of Co-Operatives (Rules-441), KSSCF LTD., Malleshwaram, Bengaluru vide Annexure-B.

B. Pass such order or orders which this Hon’ble High Court deems fit and necessary under the facts and circumstances of the case.
