The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following

prayer.

“a. Issue of a writ of certiorari to quash the order No. CC(«) / G¯É¤ / »¸À(PÀ) / ºÀÄ§â½î / 2013-14 / 4382-85 dated 23.11.2013, issued by the appellate authority, the copy of which has been produced herewith at Annexure-C.

b. A writ of mandamus may kindly be issued against the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.75,500/- to the petitioner along with interest, in view of order passed by special court in special case no.85/2006 produced vide Annexure-D.

c. Any other relief which this Honourable court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner by allowing this writ petition with cost, in the ends of justice and equity.”
