This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 08.10.2021 passed in W.P.No.18415/2021, wherein the learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition by quashing the acquisition proceedings insofar as the property of the petitioner is concerned.

It is noticed that this Court, vide order dated 06.11.2025 in WA No.858/2025 and connected appeals, considered the rival contentions and dismissed the appeals filed by the appellants herein. This appeal also arises from the same Preliminary Notification.

In view of the aforesaid order, this appeal is rejected by following the same reasons.
