Karnataka Mediation Centre and the same was settled before the Mediation Centre on 17.10.2025. The Mediation

Report reads as follows:

"III. The present appeal is preferred against the same challenging the said Order, has been referred to mediation to enable the parties to the dispute to explore possibilities of settlement. In the course of mediation, the parties have resolved their dispute and have agreed to resolve the dispute between them amicably on the following terms and conditions:-

The parties hereby agree that the respondent/defendant, in full and final settlement of all the appellant/plaintiffs claim shall give her a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) by way of DD No.759202 dated 30.09.2025 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Brookfield Branch, Bengaluru in favour of Kum. Narayanamma.V. The said DD will be handed over to the appellant/plaintiffs by the respondent/defendant at the time of reporting settlement before this Hon'ble Court.

Both the parties agree that on receipt of the said DD by the appellant/plaintiff, all her claims as against the respondent/defendant

stand satisfied. Further, any interest, right or claim of the appellant/plaintiff in respect of the suit schedule property bearing Sy.No.161 measuring 1 acre 38 guntas situated at Malliyappanahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk stands obliterated. The agreement of sale agreement dated 12.10.2009 executed in favour of the appellant/plaintiff stands cancelled.
