“The undersigned respectfully submits that the matter in the above case has been amicably settled for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to be payable by the respondent. Accordingly, the respondent has paid and the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.30,000/(Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by cash towards the full and final settlement of his claim. Hence, this memo.

Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to kindly dispose of the above petition as amicably settled between the parties, in the ends of justice and equity.”
