This appeal has been pending since 2024. Learned counsel for the appellant has not taken care to remove the office objections. Even on the last date of hearing of this appeal, i.e. on 12-6-2025, on request of the learned counsel for the appellant, ten days time was granted to comply with the objections, with a rider that if objections are not removed, the appeal shall stand dismissed. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant has not removed the office objections. In view of the earlier order dated 12-6-2025, we have no option, but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
