The above captioned civil revision petition and writ

petition arise out of order's passed in O.S.No.25218/2021 pending before the Court of IV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru and therefore with the consent of learned counsels appearing for the both parties, these two petitions are heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that dispute between the parties has been amicably settled during the pendency of these petitions at the intervention of well wishers and elders of both parties. The said settlement is voluntarily and without any undue influence or coercion.

The parties to these two petitions have today filed a compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of CPC. The compromise petition is signed by the parties and by their respective advocates. The parties who are before this Court are identified by their learned advocates. The compromise petition filed today before the open Court is taken on record and the same reads as follows:

1. The Respondent P. Mohammed Yousuf agreed to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) to the Petitioner P. K. Khalid Ahmed by way of Banker Cheque vide bearing No. 419916 dated 04/11/2025 Drawn on State Bank of India, Padmanabhanagara Branch, Bengaluru. The Petitioner is hereby acknowledging the same.

2. Today i.e 26.11.2025 the Petitioner has handed over the key and vacated the schedule property to the Respondent, in turn the Respondent handed over the said cheque to the Petitioner.

3. In view of the compromise petition entered in to the between parties the above writ petition may be disposed off.
