Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conference and submits that the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The contents of withdrawal memo read as under:

That the above-named Petitioner has challenged the impugned orders of both the Courts below by challenging his conviction for the offences punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. After which both the parties have amicably settled the dispute before the Hon’ble VIII JMFC Court, Belagavi on 29/04/2025.

Therefore, the above pending Crl.Rev.Petition may kindly be disposed off in terms of the order dated 29/04/2025 passed by the Hon’ble VIII JMFC Court, Belagavi.
