The criminal petition is filed with the following prayers:

"i. Quash the entire complaint in matter bearing PCR No.11561/2022 preferred before the Hon'ble VIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. (Annexure-A).

Set aside the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Trial Court in matter bearing PCR No.11561/2022; wherein the Hon'ble VIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru was pleased to act under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and was further pleased to refer the complaint preferred by the Respondent No.2 in PCR No.11561/2022 for investigation against the present Petitioner, by the Respondent No.1 Police. (Annexure-B).

iii. Quash the FIR bearing No.80/2022, registered with the respondent No.1 police; wherein the Petitioner herein is arraigned as Accused for the alleged offence under Section 420 and 506 of IPC. (Annexure-C) pending on the file of 8^th Addl.CMM Court, Nrupatunga Road, Bangalore City.

iv. Grant such other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
