In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"i) Call for entire records pertains to Crime No.22/2024 pending on the file of the XXIII Addl. City Civil and Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act at Bengaluru City.

ii) Quash the FIR in Crime No.22/2024 dated 18.05.2024 for the offence punishable under section 7(a) and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 pending on the file of the XXIII Addl. City Civil and Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act at Bengaluru City.
