In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"a) Call for the entire record in Crime No.82/2024 pending on the file of Hon'ble JMFC 2^nd Court, Mangalore City, Mangalore for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 506, 406, 420 of IPC.

b) Quash the FIR and Complaint in Crime No. 82/2024 for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 506, 406, 420 of IPC, now pending on the file of Hon'ble JMFC 2^nd Court, Mangalore City, Mangalore instituted by the Respondent No.1/Surathkal PS.

c) Pass such other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstance of the present case in the interest of justice and equity."
