In this petition, the petitioners seek the following relief:

" quash the FIR in crime. No.0136/2024 punishable under section 352, 351(2),74,75,115(2), 329(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita(BNS) 2023, by Bylakuppe P.S., on the file of Principal Civil Judge(Sr.Dn) and CJM court at Periyapatna Mysore District, against the petitioners herein."
