at Bengaluru. Wife is now seeking the transfer of the divorce petition from Madikeri to Bengaluru on the ground of geographical distance and financial incapacity. It is also contended that the maintenance amount is also not paid by the husband.

This Court did not deem it fit to issue notice to the respondent in the case on hand on account of the issue to be thrashed out in the present petition.
