Coming on for orders, counsel for Accused No.1 filed a memo dated 22.01.2025 recording that the complainant's husband (Zakir Pasha) had by letter dated 07.07.2023 stated the petition would be withdrawn as the marks card had been issued, with communication dated 18.07.2023 and acknowledgement of receipt of the marks sheet produced. This Contempt petition is initiated by the complainant in view of non-compliance of the order dated 07.04.2021 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court vide Annexure-“G”.

Though learned counsel Shri Rajesh Shettigara is on record as the counsel for the complainant, there is no representation for the said counsel.

Learned counsel Shri B. Pramod for Accused No.1 who is present before Court physically, files a memo dated 22.01.2025 stating that the complainant’s husband namely Mr.

Zakir Pasha has written a letter dated 07.07.2023 to accused No.1 stating that the present contempt petition will be withdrawn, as marks card has been issued. Copy of the communication dated 18.07.2023 along with the enclosure and acknowledgement for having received marks sheet has been produced.

Therefore, the memo is taken on record and

consequently, the contempt petition is hereby dropped.
