This Contempt petition is filed by the complainant in

view of non-compliance of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.22517/2021 dated 15.12.2021.

Learned counsel Shri Chandranath Ariga K for the complainant is present before Court physically and submits that Accused No.3 has complied with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
