Perused the affidavit dated 27.08.2024 filed by the

Assistant Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, No.1 Sub-Division, Udupi regarding compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.6898/2022 (LB-RES-PIL) dated 16.08.2022 and also records produced at Annexure - R1.

The grievance of the complainant was that his representation for up-gradation of Brahmavara-JannadiBidkalkatte-Soudha-Siddapura from District main road to State High way was not considered. Annexure-R1 shows that the respondents/accused on considering his representation have upgraded the said road from District Main road to State highway. Thereby the order passed by this Court stood complied.
