The memo reads as under;

"I the undersigned counsel for the complainants herein most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Complainants to withdraw the present contempt petitioner with the liberty to file a writ petition for mandamus. It is hence prayed that the same may b taken on record in the interest of justice and equity."
