Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he has received the copies.

So far as non-matching of name of accused No.1 in the affidavit, the deponent is the successor in office of accused No.1. Under circumstances both office objections do not sustain and is disposed of accordingly.

The direction in Writ Petition.No.13277/2022 (KLRRR-SUR) was to consider the representation of the petitioner

for changing the khatha in accordance with law within 3 months.

Accused No.2 has issued endorsement dated 15.5.2024 (Annexure R5 to Compliance Affidavit) stating that, in view of the resumption of the land under PTCL proceedings and confirmation of the same by this court in Writ Petition
