The contempt proceedings are initiated as regards the alleged disobedience of direction passed in WP No.101743/2024.

It is noticed that as against the order passed in the said writ petition, the appeal was filed and the same came to be disposed off as per order dated 6.8.2025, whereby the time has been granted to the State to comply with the order passed in WP No.101743/2024, while modifying the order of learned Single Judge as regards certain aspects. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Needless to state that the
