The present contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.104810/2024. The writ petition came to be disposed off while varying the order of penalty and further direction was passed against the respondents to reinstate the respondents into service with all service benefits applicable under Rules.

A memo is filed along with the Government Order dated 01.09.2025. It is stated that in terms of the Government Order, there has been compliance. In light of same, contempt proceedings are dropped.

Needless to state that if there is any legal grievance as regards correctness of the order passed reporting of compliance, it is open to the complainant to take appropriate proceedings.
