Learned advocate Mr.K.N.Srinivasa for the petitioners fairly stated that the present writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the grievance which arose for the petitioners in the context of the notification has now been substituted by another notification which is the subject matter of consideration in Writ Petition No.24826 of 2023. In that view, he rightly submitted that nothing requires to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
