ORDER
The following was the operative portion of order dated 25.09.2023 of learned Single Judge which is produced under the contempt jurisdiction of this court. It reads as under;
“4. The writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 5 to comply/ implement the orders dated:08.06.2020, 28.09.2020 and 24.01.2020 passed by the Controlling Authority vide Annexures-A, B and C in so far as petitioners are concerned within four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.”
In view of the statement made by learned Government Advocate, the contempt no more survives and is dismissed. In case of difficulty, permission for revival of the proceedings is reserved.
