I have directed the petitioner to produce the original grant order in respect of the land in question, however, today it is submitted that no grant has been made in favour of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, a direction cannot be issued to the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
