This Court is not inclined to grant time. The reason is plain. As could be seen from the petition papers, the petition is filed in the year 2020 i.e., on 04.08.2020. The office has raised certain objections at the stage of scrutiny. Now we are in the month of November 2024. The petition is pending from four years. Despite granting time, office objections are not complied with. It appears that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting
