ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“i) To issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other order, direction or appropriate Relief/Relief’s to Quash Endorsements dated 01.02.2024, issued by the Respondent No.3 herein, in so far as the present Petitioners are concerned. (ANNEXURE-A, A1, A2, A3).
ii) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other order, direction directing the 3rd Respondent to issue caste certificate in favour of the Petitioners herein, which is similar to Annexure-D issued to the Petitioner No.1’s Husband. iii) To Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other order, direction, or appropriate Relief/Relief’s to Direct the Respondent No.3 herein, to reconsider the Petitioners Applications dated 14.09.2023, in accordance to law. (Annexure-K to K-3).
