Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this court to withdraw the petition.
The undersigned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Hon'ble court to withdraw the instant petition, seeking liberty for the petitioners to avail the remedy available as per Law.
Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to avail all remedies available as per law and pass such orders, and further orders, in the interest of justice and equity.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn
