AC6/755/2018-19 DTD.24.11.2021 PASSED BY THE R-2 VIDE CHANCELLOR MYSORE UNIVERSITY VIDE ANNEXURE-A IN SO FAR AS REFUSING ADMISSIONS/ALLOTMENT OF IN-SERVICE CANDIDATES TOT HE PETITIONER INSTITUTION AND REMAND THE MATTER TO THE RESPONDENTS FOR RE-CONSIDERATION AND ETC.

THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or direction by quashing the refusal letter No. AC6/755/2018-19 dated 24.11.2021 passed by R2, Vice Chancellor, Mysore University, vide Annexure-A, in so far as refusing admissions/allotment of In-service Candidates to the petitioner Institution and remand the matter to the Respondents for reconsideration;

ii. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or direction by quashing the Notification bearing No. AC6/453/2016-17, dated 22.07.2017, issued by the Respondent No.3, in so far as the relaxation of age limit for M.P.Ed courses and the indiscretion as set down for barring admissions of NonMysore University graduates/candidates, vide AnnexureB

iii. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or direction by quashing the Notification dated 07.10.2020 in AC6/389/2019-10 issued by the R2, in so far as the Retention oof In-service candidates for B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed courses, within the University Departments, vide Annexure-C;

iv. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction to the respondent No.2, in so far as the allotment of seats as per the seat Matrix is concerned;

v. Issue any appropriate Writ, order/s or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit to grant such further reliefs by considering the facts and circumstances of this case and an order as costs to meet the ends of justice.
