ORAL ORDER
Sri.Ramesh Y.B, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms.Keerthana.K learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition, which is duly signed by the petitioner.
Memo read as under:
'' The petitioner has filed the above writ petition praying for issuing a writ of mandamus/directions to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09/02/2024 submitted on 12/02/2024 requesting for granting six months' time to pay employer's and Employee's ESI contribution for the period October, 2020 to July, 2023 amounting to Rs.69,33,494/-. However, petitioner has paid the said amount on various dates during the pendency of this Writ Petition. As such, the writ petition is infructuous.
Wherefore, the petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the writ petition, in the interest of justice.''
