The petitioner has sought for consideration of the representation dated 03.10.2015 (Annexure-G).

Perusal of the representation dated 03.10.2015 would indicate that the petitioner has filed an application stating that the land in question has been granted in favour of his grandfather, however, in that view of the matter, as no grant

certificate has been annexed along with the application, petitioner is permitted to make one more representation seeking the relief as sought in the application along with the Grant Order issued by the competent authority to establish his right over the property in question. If such a representation is made by the petitioner herein, same shall be considered by the competent authority at the earliest.
