In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the Notice dated 05th February, 2021 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2, calling upon the petitioner to report the respondent-Bengaluru Development Authority by discontinuing the construction in the subject land bearing Site No.1866/B, 5th Block, 1st Stage, H.B.R. Layout, Bengaluru.
