Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, stating that the civil dispute pending before the Civil Court in respect of subject property of the writ petition is settled by filing compromise petition in O.S.No.6758/2017. As per the compromise petition, the subject property of the writ petition fell to the share of respondent No.1. Hence the petitioner is not intending to proceed with the writ petition. Hence, prayed to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
