In this writ petition, the petitioners sought for

consideration of the representation dated 25.11.2009 to

delete the land bearing Survey No.49/3, measuring 1 acre 20 guntas situated at Kodigehalli Village, Yeshwanthapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, in respect of the acquisition proceedings as per Annexure K, inter alia sought for direction to the respondent/BDA as per representation dated 04.06.2008 (Annexures J and J1) respectively.

In that view of the matter, as the representations referred to at Annexures K, J and J1 are of the year 2008 and 2009 and therefore, the petitioner be permitted to make one more representation seeking relief as sought for in this writ petition, and if such representation is made within one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered by the respondent/BDA within three months from the date of receipt of such representation, which may be made by the petitioner. Insofar as consideration of the representation dated 29.10.2024 is concerned, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent/BDA not to release any

compensation amount in favour of any person in respect of the land bearing Survey No.49/3.

The said representation at Annexure P cannot be ordered to be considered at this stage, since the petitioner has made a representation at Annexure-K, J and J1 seeking deletion of the land in respect of Sy.No.49/3 measuring 1 acre 20 guntas situated at Kodigehalli Village, Yeshwanthapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk.
