ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for quashing the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by the Civil Judge and JMFC., Nagamangala (henceforth referred to as the ‘the Trial Court’) adjourning the suit – O.S. No.175/2021 to 15.12.2024 and a direction to the Trial Court to dispose off the said suit expeditiously.

and no direction is warranted to be issued to the Trial Court to
dispose off the suit.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
